The Assistant Hospitalist Director provides management of the hospitalist group including oversight of team and individual performance/adherence to standards. The Assistant Hospitalist Director will work directly with the Hospitalist Director and Executive Team and will represent the hospitalist group in various committees/working groups that require hospitalist representation. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 5PM (Every Other Saturday) Requirements High School diploma or GED. Certified Hemodialysis Practitioner by Bonent or Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician by the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission. BLS required. Two (2) years of hospital related experience (patient care, equipment, or laboratory) with one (1) year of hemodialysis experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
