EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Three years recent experience in general patient care and successful completion of a 3-month probation period is required. Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required. ? LICENSURE Current LVN licensure in the State of Texas is required.
