POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards. Supports and promotes University Health System values to ensure patient/guest relations. Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting. Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Hospital has 10 perinatal beds with a Level 1 nursery, and 10- intensive care beds and new tower, a labor and delivery center is added, which will provide labor and delivery, postpartum, and recovery rooms.
