Job Description Summary Assists the Director in the managing of day-to-day operation of the Respiratory Therapy department. Provides guidance, instruction, and encouragement to the Respiratory Care staff in areas such as ventilator management, physiologic monitoring, arterial blood has, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and all other therapeutic modalities. Performs the above clinical duties on a regular basis.
