Job Summary: To assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of hospital in good repair.  Functions and Duties: Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and associated components in working order. Repair/install HVAC ducting, diffusers, dampers and controls.  Maintain a current EPA Freon certificate.  Maintain current refrigerant record of use. Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Maintenance department. Assists in maintaining and repairing HVAC controls and associated equipment to maximize efficiency levels in all environmentally controlled areas.
