Job Summary: Provides safe and effective rehabilitation programs for the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. Provide services for Cardiac and Pulmonary exercise programs per professional standards and legal and regulatory guidelines. Supervise, conduct, and interpret pre/ post graded exercise testing and 6-minute walk tests. Document patient care, including individualized exercise prescriptions for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients. Oversee cardiac and pulmonary exercise sessions and educate cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients on safe and effective exercise.
