Description The Department of Radiation Oncology at UCLA is seeking a certified medical dosimetrist to join our team of 13 physicists and 7 medical dosimetrists. UCLA is a progressive department focused on using cutting edge radiation therapy techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care and service to our patients. Our department treats with two Varian TrueBeams, a TrueBeam STx, a NovalisTx, as well as an Accuray Precision and ViewRay MRIdian MRI-guided radiotherapy machine, and an active interstitial HDR brachytherapy program. Treatment planning is performed using Varian Eclipse, Elekta Oncentra, BrainLAB, Accuray Precision, and ViewRay treatment planning systems and MIM software. The record and verify system is Varian ARIA.
