Our Crisis Intervention team is a close-knit group that provides 24/7 crisis services through phone support, mobile response, and walk-in assessments. Under the guidance of the Crisis Clinician Supervisor, you'll offer compassionate care to individuals of all ages facing self-identified crises. Responsibilities include crisis counseling, de-escalation, clinical assessment, coordination of services and meeting with clients within our community. This is an evening shift position, 2pm-12am, four days per week. Schedule is built on a six-week rotation. Some weekends and holidays will be required. Crisis has served as Erie County’s 24/7 crisis hotline operator as well as community crisis responder since 1993.  Crisis Services offers phone, mobile and walk-in services to individuals of all ages.  In addition to providing comprehensive crisis interventions, Crisis Services is also a part of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
