Summary The Nursing Assistant is responsible for the care of patients as well as clerical and unit maintenance duties.The Monitor Tech is responsible for the set-up, record keeping, and monitoring of telemetry patients. Education and Formal Training: High School graduate or equivalent. Current North Carolina Aide registry verified through the NC Healthcare Personnel Registry or Current North Carolina Nurses Aide registry listing verified through the N.C. Division of Facility Services. If CNAII, must maintain CNAI and II registry. Current AHA CPR or obtained within 30 days of hire. Must complete and pass EKG Course within 30 days of hire.
