Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Cafeteria Cashier position is to provide routine retail cashiering services for cash and charge sales within the guidelines set by the Department with extreme emphasis on customer service, speed of service and accuracy. General assistance in the Cafeteria, Catering and Food and Nutrition Department as the business demands including duties of a Food Service Associate. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required. One (1) year of cash/charge handling experience required. Customer service and hospitality-oriented focus. Ability to handle cash and operate cash register. Knowledge of simple math and basic adding machine procedures.
