We will have a total of 40 ORs in Central and 9 ORs in East. We care for patients having surgery for a wide range of procedures such as a knee replacement to a CABG to a liver transplant; gyn onc and urology surgeries as well. We prep patients coming in from home and also who are in-patients. This job entails 4 10hr shifts. We take Periop manager on-call about 3 weeks out of the year. I know most managers probably say this but we have the BEST team. We have nurses who are engaged and invested in our patients and improving the care we provide. We have excellent team work.
