Upon completion of training and documentation of competency by the Division Manager and with the documented approval of the supervising physician, the Medical Assistant (MA) will be responsible for medical screening, procedures, and care of patients presenting to physician office. MA will be responsible for injections, collecting blood samples, assisting the providers, as well as overall clerical duties. MUST provide excellent customer service at all times.

Schedules patients for outpatient procedures. Registers patients for outpatient procedures. Registers and pre-registers patients for scheduled procedures including phone registration. Recepts and registers ED patients. Reviews and updates existing demographic information with each customer including witnessing the customer/family member’s signature on all registration forms. Verifies insurance on all patients and places a note under each account. Reviews registrations for errors. Scans all registration documents once completed. Collects co pays and or deductibles when applicable. Prepares a daily deposit and balances out with the next employee. Performs as a relief person for switchboard. Performs multiple tasks simultaneously keeping information organized for processing. Ensures that customer service policies and guidelines are followed. Communicates well with all customers including physicians and hospital staff.

Under the supervision of an experienced maintenance staff, the co-op maintenance tech will assist with a variety of tasks and learn essential skills to gain an understanding of how the building operates. The Food and Nutritional Services Supervisor oversees daily departmental operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of nutritional services in alignment with hospital policies and Joint Commission standards. Working closely with leadership, clinical dietitians, and staff, the supervisor manages purchasing, inventory control, scheduling, and documentation to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising food procurement and storage, maintaining accurate records and reports, coordinating staff schedules, and supporting patient care through both onsite services and telehealth. The role also assists with patient interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-up education, requiring strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Collects  specimens by venipuncture, arterial puncture, and capillary puncture.  Collects and instructs patients in collection of drug screens, urine specimens, 24 hour urine specimens and stool specimens. Processes inpatient and outpatient specimens. Performs waived testing.

Performs age specific diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing the necessary independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply ionizing radiation and contrast administration as ordered in order to obtain diagnostic radiographs. MUST provide excellent customer service at all times.
