The Critical Care Medicine Division of the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a post-Acute Care APP Fellow to add to its practice of 50 Attendings with 10 Board-certified intensivists and 24 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as we expand our current service line. Under the supervision of clinical mentors, the APP Fellow is a 12-month position that will consist of precept clinical practice, didactic teaching, and simulation skills training. As a member of the Division of Critical Care Medicine, the APP Fellow, with APP mentor collaboration, will have the opportunity to manage highly complex and critically ill populations including hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neuro-interventional patients following aneurysm coiling.
