Overview Job Summary  Performs ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.  Uses independent judgment ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.   Responsibilities Assists in conducting the employment process, to include participating in the interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and terminating of employees. Maintains adequate staffing based on department and shift needs.  Maintains employee schedule for all areas/facilities that you are responsible for. Coordinates patient through put.
