The Supervisor, Specialty RN Nephrology is a multi-market leadership position accountable for the direction, leadership and support of our ChenK nurses, in delivering the day-to-day programmatic specialty care strategy. The incumbent is responsible for clinical oversight of our care coordination efforts across the continuum of care, ensuring that our patients receive and experience the highest quality of care at outpatient, inpatient & post-acute facilities, leveraging all available resources, in line with the ChenMed model and Specialty Team standards of care.
