DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Nursing Admin Supervisor holds floor staff accountable for Service Excellence principles as well as huddles, bed side reporting, hourly rounding, AIDET, and the use of the white boards and reports issues to the Nurse Directors as appropriate.
