Details Department: Care Coordination Command Ctr Schedule: FT Monday-Friday Shifts- 7 AM- 7 PM Hospital: St. Vincent Location: Indianapolis, IN The RN Discharge Expeditor role focuses on the Clinical Progression of Care, Identifying barriers, prioritizing needs and working with the interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient throughput. This position focuses on coordinating all aspects of the discharge process, identifying barreirs to discharge to ensure patients leave the hospital, optimizing bed availability and enhancing the patient experience.
