The Progressive Care Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, acute care environment. This role is responsible for staff leadership, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of patient outcomes.
