About this Job: MedStar Washington Hospital Center is seeking an experienced CVOR nurse to serve as Clinical Specialist for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) .  This role is an opportunity to lead one of the region’s most advanced cardiac surgery programs while working within a nationally recognized academic health system committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and Magnet® nursing practice. The Clinical Specialist for CVOR functions as a clinical expert for this specialty area. Uses a framework for professional evidence-based nursing practice within three spheres of influence: patient/family nursing and system/organization.
