Job Details Description Location/Department:  Hospital - Med Surg, OB, ER & Surgery (Rotation) PRN Job Summary: To provide basic nursing care to Med Surg/SCA patients of all age populations.   Supervisory Responsibilities:   None Duties/Responsibilities: Uses 2 patient identifiers before giving treatments, passing meal trays or obtaining specimens.  Provides treatments as ordered in a timely and appropriate manner and documents in EHR to patient in all age ranges.  Rounds on Patients at a minimum of every 2 hours or more frequently as indicated.  Responds to call lights promptly. Takes vital signs including BP, T, RR, and HR as ordered and documents timely in EHR.
