In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating care of patients (pediatric, adolescent, adult, & geriatric) with HIV, HCV, and other infectious diseases with a predominantly sexual mode of transmission, and for HIV prevention. This role also serves as a resource for ChristianaCare Health System caregivers, as well as a liaison to community partners.
