Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3PM-7PM or 3PM to 11PM, NO WEEKENDS, shared scheduling process; rotating between Med/Surg, Cardiac, and Neuro. Our Medical-Surgical and Cardiac Telemetry focused positions offer our Nurses the opportunity to build a strong clinical foundation while refining essential nursing skills. Resource Nurses gain confidence in their clinical abilities while developing a broader understanding and support of hospital operations. Hired candidate will receive a 10% Resource Pool differential; Resource Pool offers a shared scheduling process, providing nurses with more control over worked hours.
