Job Summary:   To perform diversified duties in Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Hybrid OR, assisting the cardiologist intra-procedurally including preparation and positioning of patients, operation of x-ray equipment in radiological and fluoroscopic procedures, scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and recording hemodynamic parameters according to policy. The RN will be competent to monitor and circulate simple device implant cases, simple peripheral vascular cases, diagnostic heart catheterizations, and STEMI. Responsibilities also include STEMI on-call team coverage and precepting new or existing employees.    Qualifications:   Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professionals and families for positive results and outcomes. Job Summary :   Assist CVTs and Cath Lab RNs in their performance of cardiac cath procedures, permanent pacemaker and defibrillator implantation.   Work under direct supervision of CVT or RN.   Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures.   Stock procedure rooms.   Transport patients to and from cardiac cath labs.
