The program delivers innovative inpatient-level care to patients in the comfort of their homes, allowing nurses to build meaningful one-on-one patient relationships while practicing at the top of their license in a highly autonomous clinical environment. In addition to providing patient care in homes the Hospital at Home Staff RN will rotate through some shifts providing virtual nursing in a centralized command center located in Charlestown.
