Responsibilities Unit Overview The Operating Room at GW Hospital is a 17-suite surgical center supporting a high volume of complex cases including trauma, neuro, ortho, and cardiovascular surgery. The senior surgical tech plays a leadership role in daily case preparation and staff mentorship. Position Summary The Senior OR Surgical Tech supports high-complexity cases, leads room setup for advanced procedures, and serves as a resource and preceptor to less experienced surgical techs.
