Overview Performs ultrasonic examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician. Performs a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in applying ultrasound techniques for radiologic diagnosis. Responsible for the safety and comfort of all patients undergoing ultrasound procedures. Performs age specific ultrasound procedures utilizing the necessary independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in order to obtain diagnostic sonograms. Performs inpatient, outpatient, ER and surgical procedures as needed. Position would help with basic procedures, interventional procedures and call.

License, certification and/or registration: Graduate of an AMA approved ultrasound program and ARDMS registered. Must be registered in Breast within one year of hire. Must have CPR certification within 6 months of hire. Experience: 6 months to one year clinical experience preferred.
