Summary This position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment across the pre-op, intra-op, and PACU phases of care. Staff in this role will work variable shifts with start times ranging between 6:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., supporting patient flow throughout the perioperative continuum. Scheduling is designed to promote work-life balance, with assignments posted five weeks in advance to allow for planning.  This role also includes rotational call responsibilities, averaging approximately 4–5 call days per month.    JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
