The Kidney Transplant Program at ChristianaCare offers the only adult kidney transplant program in Delaware and is looking for a Renal Transplant Coordinator to join their team. The care provided encompasses kidney transplant education, evaluation, waitlist management, and after transplant care, as well as living donation. The Transplant Coordinator is a vital member of the multidisciplinary transplant team, serving as the primary point of contact for transplant candidates, living donors, physicians, dialysis and nephrology providers, and hospital personnel throughout the transplant process.
