Unit Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Registered Nurse to support both our Orthopedics and Podiatry practices. This shared leadership role plays a key part in clinical operations, team coordination, patient experience, and support of evolving care delivery models. The Lead RN will work closely with providers, staff, and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across two dynamic specialty clinics. Unit Description: In accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, the Registered Nurse is directly responsible for attending to patient’s nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice. He/she will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
