Overview Job Summary : The ambulatory pharmacist works to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services within Huntsville Hospital clinics. Pharmacists will meet with eligible patients during in-clinic appointments to provide education about closed-loop care. The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring enrolled patients are successfully treating their specialty condition to ensure the patients lives are improved as measured by specific, objective metrics.
