JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: New London, CT • Service Setting: Acute Care Hospital • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Coverage Period: May 25, 2026 - Ongoing (6 months) • Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available (flexible start/end times) PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Pediatrics and Adults • Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20-25 cases per day • Case Mix: Bread and butter anesthesia including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, GYN, urology, ophthalmology, vascular; no complex cardiac, thoracic, or high-risk neuro cases FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 220+ beds • EMR System: Epic • Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment • Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia care team model (3:1 supervision) • Support Staff Available: Full OR and perioperative...
