DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Works as part of a team including the Chief Technologist, Administrative Director, and Radiologists to provide a high standard of care to all of our patients to include fluoroscopy, general diagnostic, operating room, trauma room, and portable procedures. DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Works closely with all Radiology personnel including the Cat Scan Supervisor, Administrative Director, Medical Director, and Radiologists to perform technical procedures in the Department of Radiology to include Cat Scan Procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ability to compute proper imaging techniques and contrast media administration. Provides safe contrast media administration. Evaluates orders for proper requisition entry/correlating to proper selection on CT scanner. Obtains complete patient history and documents required information of requisition. Performs routine scheduled exams in a timely fashion.
