PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled RN who can also function as a scrub nurse or circulator. In this hybrid role, you will assist surgical teams during procedures while providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care. You will ensure patient safety, prepare the operating room, manage surgical instruments, and support patients before, during, and after surgery. Provides professional nursing care to assigned operating room patients throughout the perioperative period.
