Description Job Summary The licensed Radiology Assistant supports the NCPS Radiology Department by performing delegated patient-care and imaging-related duties under the supervision of a Florida-licensed Radiologist and in accordance with department policies and applicable state and federal regulations. This role prepares patients for diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures, obtains and documents relevant clinical information, and assists with patient positioning and workflow to promote timely, high-quality care. Responsibilities The Certified Surgical Tech First Assistant (CSTFA) works as a member of the perioperative team under the direction of the surgeon. He/she performs responsibilities of both the Surgical Technologist and the Surgical First Assistant based on department needs and as directed by the department leadership.
