Assist to Develop, manage, and coordinate all aspects of RMC Physical Therapy Program along with Rehab Services Director guidance and mentoring. Provide departmental organization, development, leadership, and clinical physical therapy services.  Responsible for operational oversight, management, and coordination of all physical therapy staff.  Responsible for program and operational development, implementation, monitoring of physical therapy programs with performance improvement input, policies and procedures, marketing and financial performance.  Provides direct program marketing of service and maintains physician contacts to ensure success of program.  Performs selected patient treatment under clinical oversight and clinical direction from Physical Therapist.  Prepares, assists and provide selected skilled and non-skilled clinical interventions.

Overview Administer Physical Therapy treatments to patients, working under the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist.  Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator and/or the Director of Rehab Services.
