Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Colorado Location: Colorado Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts Openings: 1 Position Overview Outpatient primary care and corporate wellness coverage for employees and eligible family members. Focus on wellness and prevention, acute episodic care, and chronic condition management. May include occupational health and work related injury evaluation and return to work determinations as needed. Clinical Scope Ages seen: 2 years and older (must be approved to see ages 2 plus). Common cases include upper respiratory complaints, minor acute issues, preventive visits, and primary care follow ups. No pain management. EMR: Athena experience preferred (training provided).
