Location/Department: Outpatient Center - Oncology / Pharmacy
Full-Time 80/pp M-F (will go between Main Campus & Oncology Center)
Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician assists a licensed Pharmacist in distribution, charging, procurement, and record keeping of medications dispensed at Margaret Mary Health. Sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous medications under supervision of the pharmacist will be key role of the Pharmacy Technician in the Oncology setting.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties/Responsibilities:
Delivering filled orders, inputting supply orders & charges.
Filling automated dispensing machines accurately.
Filling departmental orders.
Resolving missing doses with investigation.
Printing new label, obtaining pharmaicst approval & delivering final product.
Delivering filled orders of all types to the correct location.
