Overview About the Role The Epic Resolute Professional Billing Senior Analyst functions as the primary support contact and expert for the Epic Resolute application. Works under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager to configure, build and install the application. The Epic Resolute Billing Analyst coordinates all issues that arise during the application build phase. Key operational activities include primary responsibility for analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application.
