Job Details Description Location/Department:  Hospital - Hospice 64/pp Job Summary: Assists with personal care and homemaking tasks to enable patients to remain in their homes in a caring and compassionate manner.  Assists patients and families by providing emotional support. Performs services as ordered by the clinical team which may include a variety of medical duties such as vital signs.  Works under direct supervision of an LPN or RN.  May only perform care within the scope of a CNA.
