Job Summary The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans and provides occupational therapy treatment programs for patients whose injury or disease interferes with daily functioning. Provide skilled intervention using varieties of techniques that are appropriate to achieve identified goals, restore function or prevent disability.  This position may work in an inpatient, outpatient or home care setting.  Core Job Responsibilities Performs appropriate assessments on all patients (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric patients and general patient population) in accordance with patient diagnosis and physician orders. Establishes long and short term goals and a plan of care in collaboration with patient / family / caregiver. Implements treatment to patient according to established individualized program plan.   Uses various occupational therapy procedures and techniques to produce changes in the condition that are consistent with the diagnosis and prognosis....
