About this Job: Are you an experienced PICU nurse looking for an opportunity to formally lead AND still want to work clinically with patients?   The Assistant Nursing Director role is a great entry level leadership position that allows you to remain close to the bedside and serve as a front-line nurse leader. This role offers the chance to work directly with patients as well as coordinate the nursing and patient care delivery of the unit-based professional and support personnel; two 12-hour shifts per week working directly with patients and 2 8-hour shifts per week of leadership and administrative responsibilities.
