We are currently looking for a BC Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice private practice in Jackson, MI . We are a group of 8 family medicine clinicians (3 physicians and 5 APPs) that are growing and serve a diverse patient base servicing the entire family from newborns to geriatrics. Position Overview: As an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist, you will be a key member of a developing team, working to provide high quality HF care via an inpatient consultative service, outpatient clinic, and procedural work including right heart cath , vasodilator studies, pulmonary artery sensor implantation, and endomyocardial biopsy . Participation in other procedures including left heart work and/or imaging studies may be discussed in alignment with training and documented skills.
