Sufficient knowledge of typing, English, spelling, and arithmetic to compile reports, maintain simple records, and perform various related tasks. Customer service skills must be strong. Experience with insurance pre-certification preferred. Physical Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Oral communication.
