Location SD, Sioux Falls Specialty Ophthalmology - Retina Visas Accepted N/A Practice Details Sanford Eye Center and Optical is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Retina to add to its current group of optometrists and fellowship trained ophthalmologists with focus on pediatrics, glaucoma and cornea/refractive. Ideal candidate would be a comprehensive ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Retina. Work 4.5 days per week Call schedule would be 1:4 Competitive compensation package includes: Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan...
