JOB SUMMARY The Nurse Navigator - Oncology at North Mississippi Health Services plays a crucial role in providing patient care management and coordination for the oncology patient population. They act as a clinical liaison, educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis and available resources, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure evidence-based care. The Nurse Navigator also analyzes data, identifies care gaps, and makes recommendations to improve services and patient outcomes.
