Must be able to see all ages. Outpatient only No Call 4 10s (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri) This is a local FQHC that offers affordable healthcare on a sliding scale basis. Services offered include primary care, well woman care, family planning, vaccines, financial services and occupational health services. Must have prescriptive authority for controlled medications.
