New Graduate Nurse Residency assists the nurse in the transition from student to professional nursing practice. The program offers facilitated learning sessions, discussions, and reflective self-care sessions in a group setting. The content is structured to help new graduates apply best practices, evidence-based care guidelines, and to use proactive nursing strategies.
