A patient’s nuclear medicine exam, ordered by a physician, is performed safely, accurately, appropriately, and promptly. The patient’s physical and emotional needs, while in the department, are met compassionately and competently. The patient’s privacy is protected. An accurate, complete record is produced for each exam. Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):  1.    Performs all aspects of diagnostic nuclear medicine. •    Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals. •    Maintains receipt, dispensing, and disposal records for radiopharmaceuticals used. •    Reviews medical records or takes the patient's history (orally) to determine the indication for ordered exams and the need for the procedure.
