Growing neurosurgery practice in the Rockford, Illinois area is looking for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their team! This advanced practice provider will work as part of an established and highly regarded neurosurgery group, and duties will include inpatient rounding, management of Neuro ICU patients, performing ED consults, seeing patients in the outpatient clinic setting, and first assisting in the OR. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in neurosurgery as a PA or NP, however the group is also very willing to train candidates with other surgical or inpatient experience, such as critical care, hospital medicine, orthopedic surgery, trauma surgery, etc. as well as highly motivated new graduates who are passionate about the neurosurgery field.
