Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician who is fellowship-trained and has a passion for quality care. Opportunity Highlights Level III NICU with 20 beds Experienced Neonatal NPs who cover in-house night shift Practice in a new, $350 million-dollar hospital facility Well-trained support staff Multidisciplinary rounding with pharmacist, dietician, perinatal psych NP and case manager MFM on site for prenatal patients Fully integrated EMR (Epic) Not-for-profit health system Compensation Details Guaranteed base salary $50,000 upfront bonus and full benefit package Fellowship stipends & student loan assistance available $6,000 CME provided annually Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
